01What exactly is KERVATIO?
KERVATIO is an Expert Advisor: algorithmic trading software for MetaTrader 5, specialised in gold/XAUUSD. It is distributed directly. It is not a broker, a fund or a managed investment account.
02What does the software automate?
It executes its programmed trading rules in MetaTrader 5. Choose Strategy selection and Risk profile. Automatic adapts strategy activity to the account balance and selected risk profile. You remain responsible for configuration and supervision. This website does not place trades.
03Which platform and environment do I need?
The current product uses MetaTrader 5 and a hedging account. Gold symbol naming can differ by broker. Compatibility with your broker, account and release must be confirmed; the historical test summary uses XAU_USD on H1.
04Can I lose money?
Yes. Trading can result in significant losses, including the loss of your capital. Risk settings do not eliminate loss. Historical simulations, profit factor and win rate do not guarantee future results.
05How do the account figures differ from the backtest?
The monitor displays the public KERVATIO account figures from FX Blue, with approximate historical equity. This is separate from the validated KERVATIO v1.11 historical simulation: 1 January 2008 to 6 September 2026 (exclusive), last market data 4 September 2026, Strategy selection: Automatic, Risk profile: Balanced, 10,000 USD and reinvestment. Neither source guarantees future performance.
06How is the software installed and activated?
KERVATIO runs inside MetaTrader 5 and uses licences associated with MT5 accounts. Install the release according to its instructions, review the configuration and test it before use. Delivery and activation instructions will accompany the licence terms when purchasing opens.
07What does a licence include?
Licence duration, account allowance, updates, support, renewal and delivery terms will be published together with the price before purchasing opens.

Behind the code,
a person.
I'm David, the person behind KERVATIO. A self-taught trader, a father of three, and someone who enjoys understanding how things work — and finding ways to make them better.

My journey
My path into trading began more than a decade ago. I learned independently, explored automated systems and gradually developed my own approach. It has been a process of testing ideas, questioning results and learning to give risk management the attention it deserves. Over time, gold became the focus of my work.
I'm based in Málaga, Spain. I share my life with my partner of more than two decades and our three children. Away from the screens and the projects, they are the part of my life that matters most.

Why KERVATIO
I created KERVATIO to bring together two interests that have shaped much of my working life: trading and technology. It is a project focused on automated gold trading for MetaTrader 5, built around a defined approach and a commitment to testing, discipline and continuous improvement.
For me, creating a product means taking responsibility for more than its code. It means thinking about how it will be used, explaining its purpose clearly and being honest about its limitations. That is the foundation I want for KERVATIO.

How I work
I take a hands-on approach, getting involved in the system’s logic, testing, design and everyday usability. I pay attention to details, question what can be improved and prefer practical solutions to unnecessary complexity. Something looking finished is not enough; it needs to work as intended.
I value direct communication and realistic expectations. I want people who contact me to know who is behind KERVATIO, to feel comfortable asking questions and to receive straightforward answers — without exaggerated promises.
